Ego vs Soul

Life is so rich, we are offered an infinite number of ways to grow our Awareness.

Every conscious choice is a way to define ourselves as who we choose to be.

What part do we choose to play in the highly complex and co-creative Life process? Co creating Life events or/and reacting to them?

The ego based mind responds by reference to past events and sterilized in the bud any possible new developments. The Higher Self creates and vitalizes.

Imagine what would happen not only to you but to the whole humanity, if at every moment of your life you were consciously choosing to demonstrate the essential Being that you are, rather than your ego. Just Imagine! Again and again with Love and Passion. To make it Live!

Qi Gong : a co creative Art

The eyes are essential contributors to the creation of the world.

In Qi Gong practice they are playing a major role in co-creating our being, our life and the world itself.

Physicist’s experiments have demonstrated that the behavior of a physicle particle is affected by our attention.

Their most recent work actually show they even react to the mere intentions of researchers!

One of the essential laws of the creation of our physical Universe establishes that by imagining and visualizing events to come - secret dreams, goals to reach… - we increase their possible manifestation in direct proportion with the intensity, depth and dedication of our focused imagination.

Regular and sensitive Qi Gong practice trains our senses’ capacity to perceive and guide the energy movements in and outside of our bodies.

At first many of us keep our eyes closed while practicing because it helps to get in touch with our inner feelings and perceptions without being distracted by the outside world.

But it won’t take long before our Qi Gong teachers invite us to keep our eyes open and  receptive to the outer space while being turned inwards - the same actually occurring with Zen sitting Meditation or Shiatsu Therapy.

The eye is indeed fully involved with the rest of the body in developing the receptiveness of our presence to ourself and others, to the invisible inner and visible outer worlds. The eye moves, or should move freely with the body and should be present and keep relaxed whatever happens inside or/and outside the body. In Qi Gong practice, the eye gets trained to:
  • Let go of its tensions
  • Move smoothly, in a continuous and relaxed way
  • Subtly connect itself to inner and outer space

When the eye consciously touches the sub-molecular structure of the surrounding space,
it interacts with the Qi moving into space.

On the other hand, the space structure and Qi are receptive to the quality of our presence and of our conscious intention when practising.

Step by step it is relayed to the smallest air particles present in the vacuum of space around us and beyond, as far as we can imagine. And there comes the well known story of the flutter of butterfly wings, whose effects are manifested in a cascade of apparently unrelated events all the way to the end of the world, of the universe – by the way, is there an end to the universe?

So, at each new Qi Gong session, this conscious and receptive visual approach, which I called "four-dimensional" does assist us in co-creating and re-creating the inner and outer world’s reality.

For this to be though, it does need to be coupled with our Heart conscious intention and to be aware of the space in its infinite depth.

As a consequence of Qi Gong training, we can then use the "four-dimensional" visual approach in the most ordinary moments of everyday life, when traveling in public transport or waiting at the counter of the bank, for example.

When settling down in the empty space between objects and people, through the "four-dimensional vision”, we get from this nothingness a very precise feeling that very strongly anchors ourselves in it.
At the same time, it gives us a comfortable distance in making contact with the other beings present.

The "three-dimensional vision" involves integrating in a quite more vague way, the whole surrounding area in the field of vision, as to see and perceive it all while looking at nothing in particular, neither objects nor the “void" surrounding them.
It allows us to feel more comfortable in the environment when individual space is slightly reduced and/or when depth of field is shortened.

At the same time, the lack of anchoring in the “void”, leaves us with an impression of vagueness, of wavering, of lack of precision in the way we occupy space; our position in space can be experienced from within as somewhat uncompletely integrated in its environment, due to a lesser degree of interactivity with the "empty" space than with  objects and people occupying it.

The "two-dimensional vision" allows us to look at something specific, object or person, while leaving the surrounding space momentarily move in the background in a vague blur. It is useful and necessary when clarification is needed of course, to establish contact with someone else for example. But in a tight and busy enough space, like a subway car for example, such a direct and focused look can be felt as intrusive by a person unknown to us.

While practicing, wherever the look is focused, inward or outward, the "four-dimensional vision" is my favorite for what it provides me:
  • a creative and interactive dynamic with space and with the    principle of life at work in it
  • a spatial anchor
  • a highly fine receptiveness: position and dynamic in space, energy exchanges between the inside and the outside.

Just Feel it !

In this blog, I come to share around an issue that I come to share around an issue that appears to be a priority for thousands of people on the planet: the complete integration of our spiritual journey and insights into our ordinary day to day life.

Our becoming available and receptive for the awakening and manifestation of the Being we already and truly are inside.

Here I am, living on the earth plane ... so, as an adventurer would do, I made the conscious choice to make the most of it. For me it now means, I consciously decide to find, enjoy and manifest the treasures embedded into Life. It is my choice, and I update it everyday with as much awareness as possible and as often as possible throughout my day.

Treasures? Love, Peace, Light, Joy, Abundance, Force, Creativity, Awareness...

It is up to me whether I feel, experience and manifest them, beyond the mere mental knowledge I might have around these concepts. Not on the basis of any personal ambitious expectations for power, mastery, but with simplicity, modesty and thankfulness for these Life gifts.

Gandhi invited us to be the change we wish to see in the world, to make it our own individual responsibility for it to happen globally. Let me just share with you a little piece of my adventurous approach.

Gandhi is talking to us all including “me” is'nt he?

So what part of "me" is potentially able to operate "at my level" the change that will help, for example, to expand Peace on the planet ?

Rather than bringing a quick illusory answer to the question, I choose to let it grow inside my awareness field. Because it might take some time before i get to any true, solid and deep feeling concerning who is this “me” we are talking about anyway!
Our hyperactive mind rushing in to keep control when facing some kind of strangeness is generally very quick to produce ready made answers. And then what? Is that what the world needs today? Is that what we really desire for ourselves?

I'd much prefer let this question develop by itself deep within me. When it surfaces again, the game is for me to send it back deep within and so on, as often as it spontaneously happens during the day. As if I was sowing seeds, confident that an answer will emerge at one time or another, in one form or another. Silence, we are sowing now ! Silence, we are loving now!
I give myself the opportunity to enter into the feelings of the game itself and of the effects generated within me by it. No need to overconcentrate! It is a game and I enjoy it as a kid would. As someone once said, “Life is far too important to be taken seriously”!
In the same vein I can choose to play this other game: find and feel peace within myself. PEACE. A Treasury of Life. Hardly encountered on a large worldwide scale though. Bringing peace out in the world if we don't even concretely know what it feels like inside, seems to be just another useless daydreaming activity. You are not convinced? Just look around!

There is a lot to learn just by feeling a word's vibration.

It might be uneasy to put words on such an inner experience. But no one has to talk about it.
Less mental, more feeling.

The simple fact to desire an experience – to feel what inner peace is, to find the silence inside your heart... – calls for an answer that will be perceived through us by feeling confident that it will clearly reveal itself in time, if only we would bother update our intention again and again, until it manifests in our life!
Just try it! Nothing to loose! Let go of your expectations, it is a game!
Just choose the number 1 change on your list of priorities for the world. And stick to it until you feel what it is all about finally. And avoid to go from one priority to another! Be consistent. Be patient. Be open to the unexpected. Let go of your beliefs, opinions and else... Let Life teach you! Live broadcast time!

You need to choose! If not you'll stay unaware of who chooses what inside you! And you'll keep thinking that Life goes on playing tricks on you! When instead it will just be answering your lack of conscious choice.

Go on with your Life, don't change a thing except freeing up some space inside to give yourself a chance to feel the change you are yearning for!

You know how to do that. You've done it many times when dreaming about a new job, a new relationship, a new house...

Take time to dream the world you wish to live in, to feel it!

Live your dreams!
